Hundred Support

Hundred builds a day-by-day bodyweight plan toward completing 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, or 100 squats in one workout. Your selected challenge can include one, two, or all three movements.

Apple Health

Apple Health is optional. To connect it, open Hundred > Settings > Apple Health and request access. You can review or change permissions later in the Health app or iPhone Settings.

If a workout cannot be saved to Apple Health, Hundred keeps the workout in its local history and shows its save status in the app.

Apple Watch

Keep the iPhone and Apple Watch paired and nearby when first installing the Watch app. Motion-based rep counting works best when Hundred is worn securely and the selected movement matches the exercise being performed.

Automatic rep detection is an estimate. Check the final count before saving a workout.

Bluetooth heart rate

During an iPhone workout, Hundred can scan for Bluetooth Low Energy heart-rate devices that broadcast the standard heart-rate service. Put your device into broadcast or pairing mode before scanning.

Plan and workout help

Use Settings > Modify Current Plan to change the plan length, movements, or starting rep counts. Skipping a challenge moves its remaining schedule forward without completing that challenge for the day.

Stop a workout and seek qualified medical advice if pain changes your movement or persists.
