Hundred Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 18, 2026
Hundred is a bodyweight workout planning app for iPhone and Apple Watch. This policy explains how the app handles information.
The short version
Hundred does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, or cloud sync. The developer does not collect or receive personal data from the app.
Information handled on your devices
Hundred stores your challenge choices, starting rep counts, generated plan, current plan day, workout logs, and preferences locally on your devices. This information is used to provide the app’s planning, workout, and progress features.
If you connect a Bluetooth heart-rate device during a workout, Hundred processes heart-rate readings on your iPhone. Workout summaries and the device name may be included in your local workout log and, when Apple Health access is enabled, in the workout saved to Apple Health.
The Apple Watch app processes motion sensor readings during an active or armed workout to estimate push-ups, sit-ups, and squats. Raw motion readings are processed on the Watch and are not retained after the session or sent to the developer. Rep counts and workout summaries can be transferred to the paired iPhone.
Apple Health
Apple Health access is optional and controlled by you. If you grant permission, Hundred can save completed workouts to Apple Health and read the workouts it saved to keep the app’s local progress consistent. Hundred does not use health information for advertising, marketing, data mining, or sale.
You can review or revoke Hundred’s Apple Health permissions at any time in the Health app or iPhone Settings. Health information stored by Apple is governed by Apple’s policies and your device settings.
Sharing
Hundred does not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers. The app does not transmit app data to the developer’s servers. Information is provided to Apple Health only when you choose to enable that integration.
Retention and deletion
Local app information remains on your device until you remove it by deleting the app. Information saved to Apple Health remains under your control and can be viewed or deleted in the Health app.
Security
Hundred relies on Apple’s platform security, app sandboxing, HealthKit permissions, and the protections configured on your devices. No method of storage is completely secure, but Hundred minimizes exposure by keeping app data on-device.
Changes
This policy may be updated as Hundred changes. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
