I’ve joined Team1 in DevRel, working with builders across Avalanche. My immediate focus is what helps a team keep building after a hackathon or a grant application.
Three priorities at Team1
- Grants review. Improve how we review projects and understand what each team needs for its next step.
- The builder platform. Work on onboarding and help teams find useful resources, integrations, and partners.
- Make support easier to find. Work with Team1’s global chapters on technical workshops, hackathons, and awareness of the support available to builders.
Alongside Team1
My own work continues across native apps, AI systems, Avalanche research, and advisory. This site brings those projects and my writing together.

— Shared the DevRel announcement.
— Started in DevRel at Team1, taking my work with Avalanche builders beyond Italy. I continue to coordinate Team1 Italy.
— Left Routescan after working on Avascan and explorer infrastructure since 2020.

Sono entrato in Team1 in DevRel, lavorando con i builder su Avalanche. Il primo obiettivo è capire cosa aiuta un team a continuare dopo un hackathon o una candidatura a un grant.
Tre priorità in Team1
- Revisione dei grant. Migliorare il modo in cui valutiamo i progetti e capire cosa serve a ogni team per il passo successivo.
- La piattaforma per i builder. Lavorare sull’onboarding e aiutare i team a trovare risorse utili, integrazioni e partner.
- Rendere il supporto più visibile. Lavorare con i capitoli globali di Team1 su workshop tecnici, hackathon e conoscenza del supporto disponibile per i builder.

Continuo a lavorare sui miei progetti: app native, sistemi AI, ricerca su Avalanche e advisory. Questo sito raccoglie quei progetti e ciò che scrivo.
