building
Running growth at Routescan. Partnerships, enterprise conversations, and making sure explorer infrastructure is positioned where new chains actually need it.
Building Eva, which is really me pulling on the same question from every angle: what does trust infrastructure for AI agents actually look like in production? Identity, receipts, accountability, payment rails. Less demo magic, more systems that survive contact with reality.
Working on Gem Mint Strategy ($CATCH), a tokenized Pokémon card portfolio on Avalanche. It’s a serious long-duration bet disguised as something niche.
I also spend a non-trivial amount of time on Avalanche ecosystem work through advisory and community lanes, especially the stuff that sits between infrastructure, distribution, and narrative.
And under all of it: building agent workflows, automations, and internal systems so I can operate at a higher bandwidth without turning my life into productivity theatre.
thinking about
The gap between “AI can do X” and “AI is trusted to do X in production.” That’s still the most important problem in the room.
Also: stablecoin rails becoming default internet payments infrastructure while most people are still mentally stuck in 2021 crypto casino mode.
And a simpler personal question: how do you build more leverage without sacrificing the parts of life that actually make the leverage worth having?
reading
Avalanche ecosystem material, ACPs, agent infrastructure research, x402/payment-rail work, and whatever sharpens the trust thesis.
