Send crypto without internet
Context: Alice wants to pay has no internet connection, while Bob (who receives the payment) has an internet connection. They are in the same physical place. B can’t or won’t share its internet connection via hotspot for privacy and/or security reasons.
Solution: Alice runs a ZK proof on its device, then encapsulates that and transfers the content via bluetooth to Bob, that can broadcast the transaction in her place.
(It would be an upgrade to ERC-4337: Account Abstraction)
