Aggiornamento 7 luglio 2023: Il podcast è stato un interessante esperimento, ma non credo che ne farò altri, sebbene è stato un ottimo modo per raccontare delle mie esperienze.
Cercando su Google, i risultati di ricerca sulla parola ‘Millennial’ producono poca testimonianza tangibile. Cercando su Amazon, invece, escono fuori 7 libri su come assumere i millennial, come funziona il loro mondo: tutti libri scritti da persone hanno un’età decisamente diversa da quella di un millennial. Molti di questi libri, inoltre, raccontano la vita del millennial statunitense, di quello asiatico e di un mondo che in Italia non esiste ancora, o forse non esisterà mai.
Il millennial italiano ha sfide diverse da quelle di un coetaneo oltreoceano o dall’altra parte del mondo, e queste sfide sono sempre troppo sottovalutate, sminuite da considerazioni di osservatori che di Millennial, forse, hanno solo i figli. Avere figli millennial non vuol dire sapere come funzionano i millennial, perché molto spesso alcuni tratti psicologici e distintivi che caratterizzano le paure, le eccitazioni, le emozioni di un millennial sono difficilmente descrivibili e poco comprensibili ad un pubblico di una generazione diversa.
Vita da Millennial è un podcast che racconta le sfide quotidiane di un millennial, tutto in prima persona. Senza studi, senza impressioni, né analisi. Puro sentimento ed esperienza.
Un modo per far esprimere solidarietà nei confronti dei coetanei, e per trasmettere i valori della generazione a quelle precedenti e quelle successive.

Searching on Google, search results for the word 'Millennial' produce little tangible testimony. Searching on Amazon, however, 7 books come out on how to hire millennials, how their world works: all books written by people significantly different in age from a millennial. Many of these books, moreover, tell the life of the US millennial, the Asian one and of a world that in Italy does not exist yet, or perhaps never will.
The Italian millennial has different challenges from a peer overseas or on the other side of the world, and these challenges are always too underestimated, belittled by considerations of observers who perhaps only have millennial children. Having millennial children does not mean knowing how millennials work, because very often some psychological and distinctive traits that characterize the fears, excitements, emotions of a millennial are difficult to describe and understandable to an audience of a different generation.
Vita da Millennial (Millennial Life) is a podcast that tells the daily challenges of a millennial, all in first person. Without studies, without impressions, nor analysis. Pure feeling and experience.
A way to express solidarity with peers, and to transmit the values of the generation to previous and subsequent ones.
